Be careful with raw salmon.. some Pacific Northwest salmon cannot be eaten raw.
There is a huge variety of raw diets and if you are going to raw feed you really should do more research- while there are people who raw feed here- you would be far better served doing a search on Yahoo Groups and joining a group where there are knowledgeble people. There is also a wide variety of books out there about raw feeding.
I primarily use a prey-model based feeding plan (I say "primarily" because I do feed my dogs leftovers as well as give them kibble as treats/training aids). Their main diet is comprised of a variety of meat sources including bone - and runs about 10% fish, 10-20% bone, 10% offal (organ meats) and the rest in just meat (chicken, venison, beef, pork, emu, lamb, mutton etc..) The key is : "BALANCE Over Time"... which means no one meal is balanced but the diet as a whole is balanced over the space of 2-3 weeks.

Mixing raw and kibble is hard on the stomach, especially if you have a Terrier or Bull Dog of any sort. There is a Holistic food called RAW that is very healthy for dogs and very nutritional. We used to feed our dog that until he got picky. Try googling it- RAW holistic food- and finding a location near you that sells it. It is raw meat (different kinds) that has all of the necessary components for a highly nutritional diet (vegetables, vitamins, etc). I highly recommend this product. Its easy to serve as it comes in nuggets or patties and has a chart on the back for the amount you should feed your dog depending on weight, height, size, etc. Its stored in the freezer and can be set in the refrigerator in the morning to thaw and be served at night or can be placed on a plate on a boiling pot of water. DO NOT microwave this product as microwaving is not cooking. Trust me it will make your dog sick if you microwave any kind of raw food.

you should do some serious research before starting a raw diet. The amount the dog needs depends on it's weight, and they need more than just meat. Vegetables need to be included (they need to be ground up), organ meat a few times a week, bones, eggs, yogurt, it isn't a simple matter of just giving meat. Look around online, there is a lot of information available. Raw is a great way to feed your dog(s), but only if done correctly.
you can do one meal of raw and one of kibble, that is fine, you just never mix the 2 at the same meal as the digestion rates are different.
pork is fine to feed as long as it is human grade, but I wouldn't have it as a main source, I use mostly chicken and beef

I wouldn't use raw pork, can make a dog very sick. There are a zillion recipes online plus you can get complete raw diets frozen and add veggies. One must add lots of Vitamins and coat oils etc if you make your own. One can feed both but at different times, meat digests quickly so you add veggies to slow it down and feed kibble at the next meal. I have a friend who owns a Holistic pet store and knows a GREAT deal about pet diets and have feed raw medallions plus veggies in the a.m. and reg dog food for the p.m. meal.

I don't know about an exact diet, but I do know that raw foods and kibble should not be fed at the same time. It's either one diet or the other. They digest at different rates, and therefore can cause some tummy problems as things back up waiting for the kibble to digest

From what I understand mixing raw & kibble is not good. You need to do one or the other.
I'm sure others on here are much more experienced than I & willl have a good answer for you.
