I'm going to address all of your questions and then address some other comments that people have also made.
I have a male Mudi, an Hungarian herding dog. He is the third generation that has been raw fed and has incredible health. He is currently 10 weeks old and I feed him 1 whole raw egg with shell. There is no reason to powder the egg shell. All dogs have a certain levels of instinct and one of which is how to adjust to eating different types of food. Shells should not be troublesome.
If you're dog does not chew his food but instead "inhales" it or swallows it without chewing I would consider working on that first. Dogs SHOULD chew their food. Dogs who don't chew their food usually are the ones who get bones and other things stuck in their airway.
Dogs, like stated above by bixbygre, are carnivores, not omnivores, they don't need grain, vegetables, or anything other than meat or things made by animals in the wild such as... Eggs. Do you think that wild dogs only ate the meat off of the bones? Bone marrow is incredibly healthy and full of minerals that they need.
Dogs have a very tough immune system that is not the same as ours. Should we eat raw meat? No. Can we? Yes. Typically the raw that we eat is very fresh, but in nature dogs would not always kill their prey but come across dead animals. If they were easily poisoned by bacteria then they would no longer exist.
Think about how dogs would live in the wild... they did not have kibble to eat, but they survived thousands of years.
My dog is very healthy and so is his mom, and grandmother. There is something to be said about that.

I don't feed raw, but have given my dogs raw eggs more than once.
I usually gave the whole egg shell and all (or when my chickens laid, sometimes they'd thieve an egg for themselves--my chickens tended to lay in random spots).
The only thing with giving the entire egg is that sometimes dogs won't eat the shell. Mine used to crack the egg and eat the inside and leave the shell alone. It really depends on what your dog will do.

I give a few a week.
In the summer it's outside and I just hand him the whole egg, it can be quite entertaining as he plays with it first.
In the winter I crack it onto his food but put the entire egg in the food including the shell.
I do buy organic eggs, figure it's not that much more to make sure I'm not putting any more crap into him than I have to.

I just hard boil the eggs for my dogs. I never heard of feeding them the whole egg, raw and with the shell. She would have just as much fun with a hard boiled egg.

Not a good idea at all because of all the bacteria of a raw egg cook first and not too often because they are fattening and can give the dog a stomach ache

It seems JBizzle doesn't really know what she/he is talking about. I really wouldn't listen to that person's advice.
While I have heard different things, this is a good question! A lot of people say that it is okay and I have seen dogs eat the egg raw with the egg shell and all-not crushed.
But I am no expert on raw feeding, but I do want to learn. I starred your question-hopefully experts come! :)
My advice for this question more than likely is not the greatest, I just am giving you my personal experience.
