agree with above answerer that raw is fastest – and in my opinion, it’s better than anything out there, including a cooked meal. you can’t feed cooked bones – raw meaty bones promote clean teeth, your dogs won’t have to have anal glands expressed, and no more huge smelly poop.
i never feed completely frozen. i will usually take 3 to 4 days worth of meals out of the freezer at one time. i currently give two meals per day, but hope to get it down to one evening meal at some point.
best storage is a freezer. I believe you can fit 10lbs of meat per cubic ft of freezer space (this of course depends on what you get, for instance, chicken backs take up a lot of room).
buying bulk is the cheapest way to buy raw, but you have to do some searching to find a good source.
I recommend books by Tom Lonsdale.

Raw is definitely faster. There is no prep time as you don’t cook it. You just plop a hunk of meat and bone (occasionally organ) into the dog’s crate or feeding area, wait for the dog to finish, wipe the area down with bleach/water to disinfect and BOOM – done.
You can store bulk meat in a freezer and you don’t HAVE to thaw (some people wait an hour to thaw but i’ve heard of others just feeding straight out of the freezer.)
It isn’t that expensive either – you just visit local butchers and meat sellers for parts, organs, and carcasses. Just drive around and compare prices.http://www.rawfed.com/http://www.rawfeddogs.net/
