Why Do Raw Feeders Refuse To Answer Q’s About Innova?

Ok, all raw feeders that I’ve encounter say, “if you don’t go raw, go innova” so why in the hell on a dog’s earth shouldn’t we go straight to innova? and I have still yet to hear the ill effects of feeding raw in am. innova in pm??? I challenge you!

I choose not to go straight to Innova because it is STILL a processed food… one of the best but still processed. I believe both humans and their pets should eat less processed foods. Its a choice I make. I do feed kibble probably 3 evening meals a week, but that is mostly because I do not like traveling with raw food so I keep my dog’s systems used to digesting it.
I just deal with the fact that I displease both the kibble crew and the raw feeding fanatics by feeding both. *shrug* I’m a big girl, used to making informed decisions for myself and my dogs that fit my lifestyle.

The reason Innova Evo is suggested is because it is grain free and many studies have proven dogs do not digest grains well. As for feeding raw in the AM and kibble in the PM , that is exactly as it is suggseted to feed if you want to continue feeding kibble along with a raw diet. So I do not understand your argument.
I was still waiting for the response to the last question you posted.
Why don’t you enlighten us with your facts (not your opinions) please blow us out of the water with all your educated knowledge!!! I guess you would know more than vets and breeders who have studied canine nutrition, health and digestion.http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/http://www.katberard.com/hol_bonesandfoo…http://www.barfworld.com/http://www.njboxers.com/faqs.htmhttp://www.auntjeni.com/barf.htmhttp://www.rawmeatybones.com/http://www.usrmb.net/http://www.rawfed.com/http://rawlearning.com/
Do you want some books too??
ETA: I just read another question you asked about raw feeding and when you chose best answer you said (taken from your reply)”the dog’s doing GREAT! Best part is, he no longer craps 5 times a day, just once or twice. It doesn’t stink, we wipe his crate down w/a wet paper towel sprinkled with vinegar, his breath smells great too!” So what is with trying to start arguments about raw feeding? You have seen the benefits yourself.
Guinness, the idea is to feed a variety of foods but chicken is one of the best things to feed. I however, try to balance meat and bone because you are right about the stools and it can be painful for the dog.

Raw meats contain bacteria such as salmonella and e. coli that can be harmful to pets. Raw eggs contain enzymes called avidin that decreases the absorption of biotin and can lead to skin and coat problems. Innova is properly preserved to prevent these problems and contains no fillers. It has become the healthiest food on the market.

I have no qualms whatsoever about feeding raw part time. People keep saying that a dog can digest anything, and adjust to any diet, so I prefer to mix raw and innova.
Sheperd girl, I am still waiting for that response myself from the so called experts. They are ignoring it, because there’s no logical response. They claim you cannot feed Innova with raw because “they digest at different rates,” and I asked, “do not skin, fat, meat and bones digest at different rates?” Question went unanswered.
Then they say, “Dogs are dogs are dogs.”
If a dog can digest partially spoiled meat, freezer burned meat, then what the eff ever is wrong with Innova kibble? These people, these raw feeders, are borderline fetishists. When they post their dogs eating other animal’s heads…no meat on the head… it speaks to me loudly! They are fanatical about it. I avoid any fanatic no matter what the subject.
One of the leading so called “raw feeding” experts feeds mostly chicken BACKS. mostly all bone, thank you. Over calcification leads to white stools, leaky eyes, and other comps. Chicken backs are GARBAGE.
My point is that too much of one thing in a dog’s diet does nothing for the dog. And I agree that raw is best. But freezer burned, raw turned bad, garbage, or too boney… NO WAY. I too feed Innova maybe three dinners a week. Otherwise it’s organic raw chicken thighs, lamb chops, boneless steaks, pork medallions…he’s got it made!
