If you clip their tiny little nails so they aren’t so sharp, that would probably alleviate a lot of the damage they are causing but be careful not to cut into the “quick” (the blood supply and nerve center). You can also call your vet to see if there’s any topical treatment you can put on the mama cat to sooth the scratches and help her heal that won’t hurt the babies if they eat it or rub against it.

cats like soft things-so make ur litter box more soft by putting a piece of carpet in it(all around)and then the kitties will go in da litter box
Maybe they’re itching really bad. Can you take her to a vet?
