I feed loads of raw chicken.
I get it free range and local and my dog loves it.
I feed red meat also, usually kangaroo meat because it is organic and preservative free.
I alternate it, I dont have any set amount of each to be honest.
I feed organ meats about 3 times a week and fish/eggs 2 or 3 times a week.
I give a raw bone most days. I choose meaty bones, shanks/hocks/necks and soup bones.
My dog has eaten 3 chicken drumsticks today, one bone and a meat/kidney/veg meal.
He is large for a stafford, 24 kgs, just under 18 inches high.
When I feed my boy I like his stomache to fully expand, to experience total digestion. So he has one very large meal everyday and a bone.
I dont always balance the meat/offal/bone ratio each meal, I do it over a period of a week or two.
I usually give meat/fish/poultry and just add offal or egg or veg or fish. And 3 times a week I add kelp powder or seaweed. And occasionally salmon oil.
I like whole carcasses for my dog too. Rabbit is good. And whole raw bait fish from the supermarket.
Variation is the key, and what is on special!!!
Good Luck.

RAW CHICKEN – necks, wings etc. – it is safe and very inexpensive. Raw chicken bones are harmless; it is when you cook them that they become sharp and dangerous. Salmonella and campylobacter jejuni are of no consequence to a healthy dog. You can feed the whole chicken including ribs if you prefer – any part is good which sells for a good price, always raw.
RAW MEAT -Buy frozen meat, or fresh - cheap grade
hamburger is fine. The best raw meat to feed is lamb/sheep meat – which we use. Dogs do not need to get any meat ground up – cut in pieces is better or attached to the bone is best. Ground up internal organs with muscle meat is far better than just muscle meat.
RAW LIVER - give 2-3 pieces 3 times a week, or any other organ meat; heart, kidney or tripe. Dogs must have organ meat weekly – lack of taurine – an amino acid abundant in hearts will cause dogs to seizure.

Iv always started them out on chicken and then would move up to red meat. Im guessing it would be ok to feed just poultry but they might be missing nutrients found in red meat. All I know is by feeding them raw you are already doing what most pet owners wont. Takin time to ensure your dog gets the best food and is healthy. Iv never measured what to give them as far as the organs go.

I normally just feed my dog chicken mixed with James Wellbeloved kibble (we don't have Canidae in the UK), I tried mixing in some red meat but he just left it.
I just give him the breast of the chicken, he could choke on the bones.

Chicken is healthier. It depends if your dog is small or large
if small then about 15-45 if big 50-105 bones really are not
good for dogs, Cause they can get splinters, But if there raw
bones its ok .
