as long as the turkey neck is raw, it’s just fine. raw bones are not harmful to the dog. many, many people feed turkey necks to their dogs with no problems at all. people that say feeding raw is bad or dangerous are the ones who don’t know anything about it. so yes, turkey necks are just fine for your dog.
just make sure he chews it and doesn’t swallow it whole. supervision is required when feeding raw and hand feeding may be best. but feeding raw is very, very healthy and beneficial to your dog. don’t let anyone tell you any differently.

Probably.
The uncooked neck bones are ’spongy’ and can help clean the teeth when the dog chews into them, but most dogs bolt their food, meaning a LOT of food that’s hard like this can get caught in the throat or actually rip tissue going down if the bones are sticking out with sharp ends.
If you have any qualms, don’t feed it to the dog.

Well, I’ve given them to my dog (a standard Dachshund) with no problem. I’ve never heard of anyone having problems with them, but then again I suppose it takes just one time of choking to have a problem.
Then again, when I was a kid we had a dog that ate too fast and choked to death on her kibble, so…I suppose there’s an inherent risk to anything.

If any of your animals trys to eat really fast, it maybe an issue.
I’ve fed it and experienced no problems, but I hand feed and I held on to the neck until it was too short for me to. By that point it’s almost bite size for her.

raw chicken necks are better. Just as long as you keep them raw, because once you cook them, they become brittle and splinter into shhards which are extremely dangerous. Good Luck

dont feed your dogs turkey or chicken bones because they are very brittle and will snap into pointy little pieces that your dog may attempt to eat and choke on.
