Be careful where you get your advice. Many of these replies are just opinion and not fact based.

I am a JRT breeder and highly recommend raw food, but not just hamburger.

Do research and find a mentor, then you are good to go.

My opinion is that raw “ground” beef is not good for dogs. But to add to the many comments on raw food diets, if you choose to do this, make sure you are brushing your dogs teeth regularly, or give him hard bones (not rawhides) to chew on to fight plaque and tarter build up.

Perfectly okay. But your pup needs a balanced diet not just raw ground beef.
Good book to read is “How to grow your puppy with bones” by Dr. Ian Billinghurst. Also “Give your dog a bone” by the same guy. He is the guru of raw feeding. All mine are raised on raw.

It’s not going to make him aggressive if that’s what you are thinking.. Personally I would cook it.. it gets rid of the hormones and antibiotics found in the meat today.. But raw isn’t going to kill him.

don’t know about puppies, there is a website about feeding your dogs raw food. I feed mine dry food along with cubes of beef.
Dogs in the wild eat raw food.

I wouldnt never feed any human food to my pet personally because it is not recommended. They will begin to not want dog food, and beg and watch you eat…which is annoying. Plus, our food is hard for thier bellies to digest. Raw should be a no no, just like us.
