You could worm every year or so but I don't like to worm my dogs. They always seem to react badly and throw up and feel sick for a few days when I worm them so they haven't been wormed since puppyhood too. I don't think raw would lead to more worms...can't be certain though but I've never heard of such a thing from the raw feeders.
I recommend adding more meat sources such as lamb neck, pig liver, occasional rabbit or goose if you can get one.

I feed raw too, just switched from BARF to Prey Model (Chicken necks, diced beef/lamb/chicken/liver, chicken wings, whole fish) and worm every two weeks whilst puppies (as mine are now) but will worm every 3 months after woulds routinely.

I use advocate on my dog every month, for fleas and everything else in between that is what my vet recommended.
I feed, hills precription R/D (dogs on a diet) i know hills have a bad reputation but it works for my dog. And i also feed One Healthy weight.
And i am starting to do RAw, so basically I'm half raw lol.
Its just without biscuits my dog seems to gain weight.
And in the mornings if i dont have time i feed him 1cup of hills and one cup of fresh greenbeans (diet thing)
So basically i feed,
Hills R/D, One Healthy weight, Liver, Kidney, chicken breast, Minced meat including, chicken, lamb, pork and beef, venison meat, and lamb and beef bones i dont do chicken, I also feed Jimbo's sausages and Jimbo's veal bones and Jimbo's dog food. :)
