I’m in Sydney Australia and want to know how to find someone to double check some of what I’m doing.

Dr. Ian Billinghurst is in Sydney. He has written 3 books about raw feeding. I contacted him many years ago when I started raw feeding my dogs and he was very helpful.
I’ve forgotten his email addy but Google should bring up the info.
There is a meetup group about BARF. I’m sure they could recommend a good vet to you. I use meetup for a lot of my groups and community activities. I hope this helps.
