I feed raw poulty all the time and have never had a case of campylobacteur, unlike a friend of mine that couldn't shift it from his two, and he never fed raw at all, so don't dismiss it permanently.
Chicken is a good bone source.
This is the only problem with the prepacked raw, they definitely do not have enough bone content and you would need to add some. However good ones to get started on are the AMP (Prize Choice) range.
Check out the AMP - Anglian Meat Products range.
Another couple that deliver are Landywoods and Berriewoods. There is also a Durham Meat Supply (I think).
You can also source at butchers and get lots of freebies to help, as they will definitely need another bone source if feeding the frozen blocks.
Vary your meats as much as possible including fish once a week, and raw eggs with shells once or twice a week. The shells can be eaten whole, or dried for a day or so and then crushed in pestle & mortar to a powder which can be sprinkled on the food.
Please do email if you have any other questions. Can't promise I can answer but would point you in the right direcion if I cannot.

Bopper you definetly should switch your dogs to raw food.
Raw food is what your dog would eat in the wild, and meat toughens them up and makes them more stocky.
Avoid chicken and stuff, they are more like treats for the dog. Proper quality raw food go with Mince
Lamb and Mince Beef, they are the real deal, packed with most the nutrition your dog needs.
Every now and then give it some buscuits with the food, you know owners who feed their dog just buscuits their dogs die of cancers etc... because they are missing out on this.

You do know that premades even that aren't a main chicken variety do from some brands still contain some chicken mixed in with their other meat varieties right?
Make sure you read the labels thoroughly, this is part of the reason why I really don't like premades, you have no control over what your dog is getting really.
Just an example of what I mean by getting more than what you expect in the US Nature's Variety Rabbit formula - Has rabbit in it but also pork AND three different poultry eggs - Duck, Quail and Pheasant. Glossing over all the unneeded plant material if I am feeding my dog rabbit I expect to be feeding them rabbit not rabbit AND pork.

Pre-packaged raw is EXTREMELY expensive and usually contains unnecessary things. Pre-packaged raw is not natural and doesn't do very much for your dog's health.
If you don't want to feed real raw, then just stick to Orijen.
