I’m Looking For Good Quality Raw Food For Dogs…?

I currently feed my dogs Orijen, but am considering either switching to raw food or including some raw food in their diet, the primary reason for doing so being their immune systems and general health. Does anyone know of any good quality pre-packed (preferably frozen) raw food for canines? I want to balance the health benefits of a more natural diet with practicality, and do the best I can for them within reason. (I know many people feed their dogs raw chicken, for instance, but having had two dogs suffer campylobacter twice, I have to draw the line at raw poultry. Apologies to the die-hard raw foodists!) I am in the UK, by the way, so please, no links to US suppliers.
Any other advice you have regarding feeding raw would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I’ve been feeding my boston Nature’s Variety raw and he is doing really well on it. He eats 6 medallions a day, which ends up being about $15-$17 per week depending on the protein. I also have a large mixed breed dog, about 50 pounds, that I would like to start on raw food. Is there another brand that is more cost effective? I’d prefer to keep using a prepared diet, as we’re fairly new to this, and am not comfortable yet making my own.

I feed her a mix of lambs hearts, braising beef and lambs livers, once a day (evening meal), her coat is gleaming and her general health is excellant.. The vet has advised me not to due to the risk of salmonella and e.coli poisoning.. Not sure what to do.. Dogs used to be fed raw meat!!??

I’d like to start a raw diet for my dogs but at this point I don’t feel I know enough to adequately and safely feed them a raw diet.
Right now my dogs eat Blue Wilderness and I give them some tripe and one raw egg a week. I’d like to go to the butcher and get some good raw bones for them to chew on. I know raw meaty bones are supposed to be the best but I don’t exactly know what raw meaty bones are.
Can any raw feeders offer some suggestions/advice?

I have been feeding raw for about 3 weeks now and it just came to my mind, should I worm them every 3 months or so?
Now, the only time I wormed my dogs is when they were puppies, or when they didn’t seem to put on weight. Now I do raw feeding (awesome!!) and they are at a VERY balanced weight and I already have noticed a change in my huskies’ fur.
Anyway, (need to stop bragging about raw feeding lol) Do I need to de-worm every couple of months or so? Ive also read that de-worming all the time is not good for them.
Experienced raw feeders, please let me know your input.

Do you buy it at the meat counter at your grocers? Is it available at the big pet centers. Do you hunt bunnies and deer for your canine companions? I’m serious, because I want to feed my dogs what is best for them.
